Jeff Quamme, CAC, CCDP, MATS, CARC
Interim Executive Director
Jeffrey Quamme is the Interim Executive Director at the CCB. An alumnus of Eastern Connecticut State University and the University of Connecticut, Jeff has 25 years of diverse experience in non-profit agencies with expertise in medication assisted recovery, co-occurring recovery, and group treatment. Prior to his appointment as interim Executive Director, he served as Associate Director, focusing on workforce development including the certification of professionals here in Connecticut, the Medication Assisted Recovery Initiative and the Science 2 Service Distance Learning Program. In the past, Jeff has served on municipal and community governing boards, coached and officiated athletics at the youth sports and high school level. His adult son, Zak, is actively pursuing a career in mechanical/aerospace engineering at the University of Connecticut.
Scott Schaefer
Operations Manager
Originally from the Cleveland, Ohio area and a graduate from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Scott Schaefer is primarily responsible for content management of the CCB website, analyzing CCB data and reporting, as well as coordinating the CCB training catalogs. He is an accomplished Microsoft and Lotus Certified Professional and has extensive experience with numerous computer systems and various hardware and software programs.
