Meet The CCB Staff
Marshall Rosier, MS, CAC, CCDP, MATS, LADC
Executive Director
Marshall Rosier is the Executive Director of the Connecticut Certification Board, Inc. where he is actively involved in workforce development, credentialing and developing recovery-oriented and competency-based standards for behavioral health professionals in the State of Connecticut. Marshall is a published author, consultant and trainer specializing in co-occurring substance use and mental disorders. Marshall is a Certified Addiction Counselor, a Certified Co-Occurring Disorders Professional and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Previously, Marshall coordinated the co-occurring disorders programming for a large outpatient methadone maintenance program where he worked extensively with people in recovery from co-occurring substance use and mental disorders. Marshall graduated from Yale University with a Masters of Science degree in Psychology, with a specialty in social cognition and esteem and received his early training at the Haight Ashbury Free Clinics in San Francisco, California. He is currently the Chair of the co-occurring disorders committee of the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium and involved in several regional and national workforce development initiatives.
Jeff Quamme, CAC, MATS
Associate Director
Jeff Quamme is the Associate Director at the CCB where he focuses primarily upon the certification process and coordinating the CCB Science 2 Service© and Medication Assisted Recovery initiatives. He is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University and attended the University of Connecticut, School of Social Work. Jeff has over 20 years of diverse experience in the field with expertise in Medication Assisted Recovery and working with individuals in Co-Occurring Recovery, most notably Axis 2 disorders. Additionally, he has an interest in politics and legislative action and has served on local/municipal boards. He lives in eastern Connecticut with his teenage son, Zak.
Lisa Hague
Operations Manager
Lisa Hague joined the CCB team in the spring of 2009 in the capacity of Operations Manager. Prior to joining the CCB she was the Community Events Coordinator for the Connecticut Chapter of the American Liver Foundation and the Office Manger for the Connecticut Autism Spectrum Resource Center. Lisa has several years of experience working with non-profit and for profit organizations. Lisa holds a Masters Degree in e-Media from Quinnipiac University. She resides in Cheshire with her husband and two children.
Scott Schaefer
Originally from the Cleveland, Ohio area and a graduate from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Scott Schaefer is primarily responsible for content management of the CCB website, analyzing CCB data and reporting, as well as coordinating the CCB training catalogs. He is an accomplished Microsoft and Lotus Certified Professional and has extensive experience with numerous computer systems and various hardware and software programs.
