IMPORTANT NEWS REGARDING THE NEW CCB RENEWAL PROGRAM

The NEW CCB Renewal Program will feature several improvements over the existing renewal process including an optional renewal period (1, 2 or 3 years), discounts for multiple year renewals and mailed renewal packets. Renewal packets will be sent to all CCB credential holders with renewal dates after September 1, 2010.

The program will have annual renewal standards and fees so that individuals can choose the renewal period for their credential. For example, someone with a CAC - Certified Addiction Counselor credential can complete the one year renewal, or choose a two or three year renewal period.

All CCB credentials are due for renewal on the 1st day of the month.

In order to process your renewal, payment and training documentation must be received with your original and signed application. Faxed or photocopies of applications will not be accepted.

Renewal fees may be paid by check or money order or by credit card online at the CCB website. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED BY THE CCB FOR ANY FEES. All CCB fees are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your renewal packet, you will be notified in writing. It is your responsibility to know when your credential is due for renewal and to complete the renewal process prior to your renewal deadline. A late fee is due 30 days after your renewal due date and is applied to each credential due for renewal.
